Now that you know what InvestSteps.com is, let me tell you who I am. My name is Bill Ross and I am the founder of InvestStep.com and I am a Real Estate Investing Pro. See I got my start in Real Estate Investing in 1998 and have never looked back. Back then I was working countless hours at a small business and found myself at the whim of the owner for a meager salary! In fact, I was quickly going broke as my obligations for the business were quickly out growing my pay check. Needless to say, I needed a change!
But what was I going to do? Both my parents were in real estate throughout my childhood and seeing their ups and downs made me swear I would never get into that industry. Well, funny how things change when your back is against the wall. Real Estate was about the only business I though I could get into that I wouldn’t be completely lost.
So I got my real estate license and started helping people buy and sell property. Of coarse, along the way I realized that the real money was in being the investor and not the Realtor. So I starting investing myself and the rest is history.
Why have I told you all this? Simple, I am just like you and have gone through many ups and downs in life. The only difference for me now is I have learned how to make money through countless types of real estate investments and I want you to know how to do the same thing. The opportunities are endless. Remember everyone needs a roof over their head, so I am not worried about the competition. Actually, I have found over the years I get far more in return to my own business when I share what I know.
