What little secret is preventing you from doing more deals?
I’ll give you a hint it has to do with numbers! Did you guess it? That was a big hint!
Well, I won’t stall any longer. The secret is knowing your numbers!
Before I explain let me start with the concept of "Failing Fast!"
In this series you have been given a ton of help that will get you going. But you have to do something. Not tomorrow but now. If you don’t take action on everything you have learned it is really pointless. Only action translates to deals, so get moving.
When you start it will not be perfect. You have to take what you now know and apply it the best you can. Failing fast simply means do it now and learn from your mistakes as they happen. You will quickly perfect the process but only by doing it now.
So back to the secret of numbers which ties into the failing fast concept.
If you quickly learn that your average profit on a deal is $25,000 then you also can set an advertising budget per deal. Think about it! Know what you profit per deal are can tell you that spending $1000 per deal is no problem. Imagine what you can do with the $1000! You could send a pizza to your prospect with your number attached! Or you could go after that pre-paid cell phone idea I when over in a previous part to this series!
The key is to not cut corners. Know your numbers so you can consistently out do your competition!
