You know when there is only so much of something. Think about what happens to supply and demand when something in demand becomes more scarce? Take oil for example. We know price goes up, right?
Well you can do the same thing in your real estate investing business.
Here is how to create scarcity. When your prospects first call and you are going through your qualification checklist you need to let them know your buying situation. What I mean is you need to tell them your buying power is limited. Now they know your an investor but you can simply tell them you can only buy 3 homes this month. Or you could say you only have the funding to buy the first 5 homes that met your criteria. Its a first come first serve situation.
Do you see how doing this will put the seller in a situation that he or she is now trying to convince you why you should choose their home?
