Reason #1 – You will see a much higher monthly cash flow with Rent To Own properties than traditional rent. You can expect your rent to be 20% to 30% higher on a rent to own home because of the options the buyer has to purchase the home.

Reason #2 – Typically, you can expect a large upfront down payment on the home that is non-refundable. I have personally received 10% of the purchase price as a down payment for the option to purchase. This is cash in my hand today and in amounts that will make you think you are flipping homes and not doing a rent to own! Its very nice.
